Christmas is a busy time of year. It also has restricted postage on holiday days. Please bare in mind the following points before ordering:
Handmade Headbands: Orders placed after the 17th December for handmade headbands (which as stated on the product pages for these items take up to ten working days to be made before being dispatched with your chosen shipping method) may not be processed and then made until after 1st January which is when the time period will begin.
There will be no deliveries sent on the holiday Christmas days and postage is limited - so please understand when ordering something from our extended delivery range (stated on product pages) these days do not count towards the working day wait for your items as they are classed as a bank holiday.
No emails and messages will be replied to from the 21st - 30th December.
WHAT DOES THE 'EXTENDED SHIPPING METHOD' MEAN?
Some of our items are sent with the extended shipping method which means you will be one of the first people to receive your item as it will be part of an up & coming collection or a selective collection. This means our product will take roughly 7-15 business days to be dispatched. This is an approx guide and can differ in busy periods. Your item will then be sent to you with your chosen shipping method at the cart. This should be added onto your dispatch 15 working day time period if you are working out when your order will arrive.
Remember - 15 working days does not include weekends or bank holidays.
HOW LONG DO PERSONALISED ITEMS TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?
If you are ordering a personalised item - such as one of our beautiful crowns - please allow up to ten working days for the item to be carefully designed and handmade for you. The item will then be dispatched. Please contact us if you need your item by a certain date.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons so please make sure you are 100% happy when making your purchase. Please do not order if you are considering returning the item.

We want to make your crown as perfect for you as possible. In some cases, you are able to customise more than just the colour of the band. Please contact us via our contact box, email or instagram to have a discussion about your order. We will do our best to tailor our accessories to you!
